Two houses with a panoramic sea view and a 25 meters long swimming pool for rent on the island of Kea (LP1549)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of the houses on the island are built from local stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The 2 houses (House 4 and 5), which are 82sq meters each, are set on a 5,000sq meters plot of land, in a small complex of 5 houses in total, each one completely independent of the other. In front of the houses is a large 25 meters long swimming pool, with 2 large pergolas (one is private to House 1), a large deck area for sunbathing and a fantastic sea and sunset view. The ideal swimming pool for those that want to do laps. Houses 4 and 5 are next to each and have a shaded patio between them.

The houses are each on two on 2 levels with identical layouts. The first floor, which is the main entrance, has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area that seats 4 people and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Leading off the living room is a large shaded veranda with a dining/seating area, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and amazing sunsets. Near the kitchen there are stairs leading to the ground level.  House 4 has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and one bathroom with a shower. House 5 has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double bed. All the bedrooms have a sea view and balcony doors that lead onto small terraces.

No smoking in the house, no house parties or events allowed, no pets allowed, no loud music in the outdoor areas. Quiet time 2.30pm to 5pm and after 12 at night.  Check-in after 3pm and check-out before 11am. Minimum stay 3 nights  1st April to 30th June,  July and August 4 nights minimum stay, September and October 3 nights. Cleaning fee 40 euro. Refundable Damage Guarantee 250 euro.

Easter 2022: 460 euro per day. Minimum 4 nights.
