The Pool Garden House for rent on the island of Kea (LP1491)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, private homes are rented out during the summer months. Most of these homes are made from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The house, which is in a small complex of semi-detached independent houses, is close to the main town of Ioulida (Chora) and has a 180 degrees panoramic sea and sunset view.

Interior Description:

Ground level: a living room with a fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

Lower level which comes out onto a veranda and the garden: One bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Loft overlooking the living room: a double bed and 2 sofa beds for children.

Exterior Description:

Outside and near the living room, there is a private swimming pool with a shaded seating and dining area, a barbecue and a large garden that goes all the way round the front and side of the house.

Internet, WiFI,Refrigerator, Hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, juice extractor, iron and board, linen and towels provided, dishes and utensils provided, Flat screen TV in the master bedroom, CD player and books in the living room, mosquito blinds, fireplace, electric heaters, indoor dining for 6 to 8 people, swimming pool, barbecue, fire extinguishers, first aid kit, baby cot(upon request), parking for 3 cars. Outside there are 4 sunbeds,  and a dining table for 6 to 8 people.

Facilities:

One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom (loft over the living room) with a double bed and 2 sofa beds for children.

House Rules:

No smoking in the house, no parties or events, pets considered. Children should be supervised around the pool area. Guests are kindly requested to respect “quiet time” around the pool area from 2.30m to 5.30pm and after 12 at night (No loud music). Check in is after 3pm and check out by 11am.

Refundable Damage Guarantee 400 euro. Maximum capacity 8 people, 6 adults and 2 children. Above 6 people there is an extra fee of 15 euro per person. Cleaning fee 60 euro per stay. Minimum stay 4 nights March, April and May, 5 nights June, September and October, 6 nights July and August.
