Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. The island has kept its natural charm and is ideal for people that are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. There are few hotels on the island, so private houses are rented out, most of them made from the local stone. The island has 45 beaches in total, most of them accessible by boat, the ones that are accessible by car have long sandy beaches with clear blue waters. The boat trip to Kea is one hour and there are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer.

The villa is located in the  area of Mellisaki.  Mellisaki is 10 minutes by car from the port of Korissia, there is a dirt road of about 2.7 kilometers to the house, so a 4 X 4 is recommended but not necessary and the the beautiful sandy beach of Xyla is only 4 to 5 minutes away.

The villa is set in a small complex of four houses each completely independent and private. In the garden there is an infinity sea water swimming pool with a shaded dining area, a shaded seating area, a pool shower, a bar and various seating areas,  from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view as well as the stunning sunsets. Just off the lower garden level, there are steps leading directly to the sea.

The villa, both inside and outside has been tastefully decorated and gives one the feeling of relaxation and peace. On the ground floor of the villa, which is on the same level as the swimming pool, there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the lower level, which has direct access to the garden, there is a kitchenette, two master bedrooms (double beds) with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom. Connected to the villa is a guest house with two single beds (one is a sofa bed) and an en-suite bathroom.
