Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are four to five ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are very few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these homes are built from local stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa is in the area of Xyla, which is 10 minutes by car from the Port of Kea. The villa, which is new, has been built to highest standards and is set over the beautiful sandy beach of Xyla. The  villa is on one level and consists of a living room with large balcony doors overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. Near the living room is the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. Leading off the living room are two master bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can join to make a double bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers.

Outside the living room is a large terrace with a swimming pool (depth 1.50 meters), a dining area and seating, all offering a fantastic sea and sunset view. Near the BBQ area is a guest house with a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Cleaning fee 70 euro per stay. Minimum stay 3 nights April to 19th June 20th June to 31st August 5 nights,  September and October 3 nights.
