The island of Kea, also known as Tzia, is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

This luxurious villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 12,000sq meters, giving one complete privacy. The numerous outdoor seating and dining areas are laid out in such a manner that you can enjoy the sea view and the swimming pool from where ever you sit. There are pool side areas, large covered dining areas, a morning buffet area and much more.

The villa has been very tastefully and elegantly decorated to the highest standards and is ideal for those who are looking for luxurious and beautiful surroundings. The villa itself consists of a large living room with a fireplace and a separate dining area that seat 14 people. Next to the dining area there is a small fully equipped kitchen. Leading off the dining room is the outside dining area and the morning breakfast buffet room, next to this is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.On the same level as the living room, there is a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

On the lower floor, that leads directly on to the swimming pool area, there is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second large bedroom with a seating area and an en-suite bathroom. Leading off the second bedroom there is a living room, which has two sofa beds and can be used as a children’s bedroom and a kitchenette. Next to this room is a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Outside the house there a swimming pool, a covered dining area that seats 14 people, seating areas for up to 30 people and six chaise lounge.
