Fantastic villa on the waterfront with a swimming pool for rent on the Island of Kea (LP1378)

The property is on the waterfront, with access to the sea, in the area of Akrtotiri – Otzia, 10 minutes from the port of the island and one and a half hours from the airport. The villa is on 8,000 sq meters plot of land with the sea surrounding it on two sides, in a very quite and private location, but with easy access to restaurants and shops. Surrounding the villa are large terraces, all offering fantastic sea views, as well as a very large terrace with a sea water swimming pool to the side of the villa, where one can relax on one of the sunbeds with a glass of wine while enjoying the sea view as well as the amazing sunsets. Near the swimming pool is a large shaded area with a seating and dining area, which leads directly into the villa.

The villa has been tastefully and elegantly decorated, giving one a feeling of peace and harmony. There is a large living room with high ceilings and wooden beams, a seating area with comfortable sofas, from where there is a view of the sea, a dining area and a large fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room leads on to the entrance hall, the guest w.c and the three bedrooms of the main house. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a fantastic sea view leads onto a private terrace. The second and third bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathrooms again lead on to a terrace with a sea view. Near the main house and overlooking the swimming pool and the sea, is an independent guest house with a living room, which has a sofa bed that can sleep 2, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Below the main house is another guest house with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. This guest house sleeps 2, there is an extra fee of 50 euro per person.

Indoor dining for 10 people, outdoor dining for 12 people, 6 sunbeds, one double sunbed, small coffee table with 4 chairs on the front terrace, 2 director chairs and a small coffee table near the guest house.

There is a dirt road of about 600 meters leading to the villa, a 4 X 4 is recommended. Smoking not allowed, pets considered, children under supervision round the pool area. Check in after3pm = Check out by 11am. Cleaning fee 80 euro per week.  Above 8 to 10 people extra fee of 50 euro per person. For the 2 children or adults on the sofa bed there is not extra fee.

Minimum stay 5 nights a week except for June, July and August where the minimum stay is 6 nights. Refundable damage guarantee 1,000 euro.
