Charming and cozy villa with a swimming pool and a sea view for rent on the island of Kea (LP1406)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats going to and from the island every day during the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out during the summer months. Most of these villas are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa is in a small complex of 5 houses, each one completely independent and with their own swimming pools. The villa is 120sq meters on a 1,500sq meters plot of land, overlooking the Port of Kea.

The villa consists of  a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a w.c. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with one bathroom. On the ground floor there is an independent guest house with  a kitchenette and a bathroom.

Outside there is a large terrace with a swimming pool, a shaded dining area with a barbecue and various seating and sunbathing areas.

Amenities:  Internet (pay as you go), air-conditioning, mosquito blinds on all windows, pool shower, BBQ, swimming pool, 3 flat screen TV’s, refrigerator, Hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, Espresso machine, toaster, blender, juice extractor, iron and board, fire extinguisher, medical kit, linen and towels provided, pool towels, 4 sunbeds, outdoor dining for 10, indoor dining for 6, parking for 2 cars.

Facilities: Two bedrooms with single beds that can be joined to make double beds, third bedroom with two single beds, two bathroom with showers, one guest w.c, one pool shower.

Minimum stay 4 nights, except for July and August where the minimum stay is 5 nights. Refundable damage guarantee 400 euro. Check in after 3pm – check out 11.am. Luggage drop off available. Smoking allowed. Pets considered. Children should be supervised in the swimming pool area. Maximum capacity 6 people.  Car recommended as there is 700 meters of asphalt and another 700 meters of dirt road to reach the property.

Guests are kindly requested to respect quiet time from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and after 12 at night. No loud music is allowed in the swimming pool area. No parties or events are allowed. Guests are also kindly requested to turn off the air-conditioning when they are not in the house. Cleaning fee 40 euro per stay
