Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The property is on the seafront, overlooking the Bay of Orco. The house has a living room with a wood stove, a kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the ground floor there is a guest house with a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Outside there are various covered seating and dining areas, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view.
