The villa is in Vourkari, overlooking the picturesque Marine of Vourkari. The property offers one a fantastic sea view as well as gorgeous sunset view. Vourkari has some well known fish restaurants and Tavernas, some cafes, bars, boutiques, an art gallery and a mini market, all within a 5 minute walk from the villa. The beach of Gialiskari is only a 10 to 12 minute walk from the villa and Otzia beach is only 3 minutes by car.

The villa is surrounded by a gorgeous garden,  large terraces and verandas, with shaded dining and seating areas, from where one can sit and enjoy the view. The ideal location for those that want to be close to the restaurants and the night life.

The property has a main house and two guest houses.  The ground floor of the villa has a large living room, with a fireplace and large balcony doors offering a view of Vourkari from wherever one sits. Near the living room is the dining area with a modern open-plan kitchen, again offering a view of Vourkari. Near the main living room is a second seating area and a w.c. On the first floor is the large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second and third bedroom with one bathroom. Near the villa are two guest houses, each guest house is 50sq meters and has a large room with a king size bed, a seating area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
