    Kea, also known as Tzia is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

    The property, which is 4,410sq meters overlooks Vourkari, the entrance to the port and the port of Kea. From all the property there is a panoramic sea view and amazing sunset view.
