Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island,  private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa is located in the area of Mellisaki, in a small complex with 5 more villas each with their own swimming pool and access to the sea. The villa is on two levels and consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with a fireplace and an en- suite bathroom. On the ground floor near the living room, there is a second large bedroom with a seating area and a bathroom.

There are two guest rooms outside the main house. The first one is on the first level with an en- suite bathroom. The second guest room, is on the ground floor and has an open- plan area with a double bed, a bathroom, a seating area with a built in sofa that can sleep one person, a fireplace and a kitchenette.

The outdoor space of this villa is quite stunning, it is very spacious and offers a fantastic sea view. There is a covered BBQ area with a bar and a dining table that seats 12 people. Around the swimming pool there are various sunbeds and seating areas where one can relax and soak up the sun.

Facilities: Four bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms with showers, one bathroom with a bath, one guest bathroom.

Amenities: Oven, hobs, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, multi blender, dishwasher, washing machine, air- conditioning, mosquito blinds on some of the windows, three fireplaces, drinkable water, 3 flat screen TV’s, DVD player, books, stereo, internet, BBQ, bar, 4 sunbeds and a swimming pool with sea water.

Refundable Damage Guarantee 600 euro. Minimum stay 6 nights. From the harbor to the house there is a dirt road (about 7 minutes by car), a 4 X4 is recommended but not necessary.No parties or events allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Children under supervision around the pool area. Guests are kindly requested to respect “quiet time” from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and after 12 at night.
