Kea (Tzia) is an hour away from the Port of Lavrio. The Villa is 5 to 10 minutes away from the port and the island center. From the villa one has a panoramic sea view of both the Aegean Sea and the town of Vourkari. The Villa is set on a 5 , 500 sq meters plot of land and has a large living room and dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen, four master bedrooms with bathrooms en- suite.There is also a guest house with two bedrooms and a bathroom .

Facilities: Main house – 4 master bedrooms (three double beds, one twin beds, one extra single in one bed) with en- suite bathrooms all showers. 1 w. c. Guest house 2 bedrooms ,1 with a double bed and one with 2 single, bathroom with shower .
