The villa is one one level with two guest houses, on a 4,5000sq meters plot of land. The main house has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open- plan kitchen, two master bedrooms with en- suite bathrooms and a bedroom with a bathroom. There are two separate guest houses with a bedroom and an en- suite bathroom each.

Outdoors there is a large swimming pool, a large BBQ area and covered seating and dining areas.
