Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island,  private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa is set on a 4,000sq meters plot of land on the seafront in the area of Melissaki. The villa is on two levels and has steps leading down to the sea.

The ground floor of the villa has a large living room with a fireplace and windows overlooking the sea, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which open up on to the outside area where there is a large swimming pool with a covered dining and seating area, from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view as well as the amazing sunsets. Near the swimming pool there is a BBQ and a pool bar with a fridge and sink. On the ground floor, next to the living room is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest w.c. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with and en-suite bathroom and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. A level below are two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, these bedrooms both lead onto a small terrace with access to the sea and the swimming pool area. Near the swimming pool is a staff bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom.
