2 bedroom fully renovated house near the restaurants in Ioulida, on the island of Kea (LP1575)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island in the summer months. Kea has been called the Hidden Gem of the Cycladic islands, due its beautiful landscape, gorgeous sandy beaches and unique architecture.

The house is set in the upper part of Ioulida, the main town/village of the island, just a 10 minute walk from the famous Leon statue, a giant stone carving of a lion made about 500 BC. To get to the house, you go to the top part of Ioulida, where there is a parking area (parking not always available) and walk down to house, about 7 minutes or you can park at the bottom of Ioulida and walk up.  Only 10 meters from the apartment/house there is a very nice restaurant called Steki and close to that is bar called Leon, which also has music.

For those that want to experience the real island feel, this house is ideal!!

The apartment/house is on the first floor of a 2 storey building.. For larger groups the ground floor can also be rented. The house/apartment has stairs leading to the property with a large balcony with a BBQ, where you can sit and enjoy the view. The apartment has a large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom with  1.60 X 2 meters mattress and writing desk, a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

Amenities: Internet, WiFi, BBQ,stove top, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, writing desk, hairdryer, smart TV, kettle, sandwich maker, Nespresso machine, multi blender, fire extinguisher, air-0conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, linen and towels provided, dishes and utensils provided.

House rules:

Check in – 3pm – check out -11am. One off cleaning fee of 40 euro per stay. Refundable Damage Guarantee 300 euro. No pets are allowed, no smoking in the house, no loud music is allowed, no parties or events are allowed. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Easter 2023:  140 euro per night.  Holy spirit holiday: 160 euro per day.
