Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island,  private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The property is in the area of Otzia – Akrotiri.  Villa Veronica sleeps eight people and is set on a 2,000sq meters plot of land, 80 meters from the sea. The property consists of a 150sq meters main house, a 40sq meters guest house, a large  infinity swimming pool , a separate storage area, a BBQ, a pool shower, covered parking for one car and open parking for three cars. The main house has a living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one WC. The guest house has a bedroom and a bathroom.

Facilities: three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, one w. c. The Guest house has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower . (rented separately)

Amenities : Internet, fireplace, hobs, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 1 large flat screen TV, 3 small flat screen TV’s in the bedrooms, Miele built- in coffee machine , (Espresso/cappuccino), mosquito blinds on some of the windows, washing machine, dishwasher, DVD player, stereo, heating, air- conditioning in all the bedrooms, covered parking, hairdryer, iron and board, fire extinguisher, barbecue, linen and towels provided, dishes and utensils provided.

Outdoor amenities: Infinity swimming pool, pool shower, three sunbeds,  four bean bag sunbed loungers, one dining table for 10 people, 2nd dining table for 6 people, sofas and coffee tables, pool shower.

4 nights minimum stay, except for July and August where the minimum stay is 5 nights. Cleaning fee 100 euro per stay. Refundable Damage Deposit 500 euro.
