Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is known as the hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique architectural style. The villa is in the area of Mellisaki and is set on a 2,000sq meters plot of land on the waterfront with it’s own private swimming pool. The property is in a complex with 12 other villas and is on three levels, the ground floor has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a TV area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The lower ground floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Outside the living room there is a garden with a sweet water swimming pool and covered seating and dining areas from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and the amazing sunsets. To the side of the house there are steps leading to a small sandy beach.
