Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

Villa Ailiea is set on a 1,500sq meters plot of land on three levels. The ground floor has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with one bathroom and a guest w.c. The second floor has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which leads to a private veranda with a fantastic sea view. The 1st floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen, both of which lead to the outside 600sq meter stone paved terrace where there is a 50sq meters infinity swimming pool, a large covered dining area with a BBQ, a covered seating area near the swimming pool where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and the stunning sunset whilst sipping/drinking a glass of local wine. Attached to the main house there is a guest house with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is air-c0nditioning in the top bedroom and the guest house, the other 3 bedrooms do not need a/c as they are very cool. There is also parking for 3 to 4 cars.
