Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. There are very few hotels, mostly private houses are rented out, most or all made of local stone. The island has 45  beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax, have good food and a great vacation.

The villa, which is 140sq meters, is set on a 1,370sq meters plot of land. The property is on two levels and consists of a ground floor with a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Near the house there is a large guest house with a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a built in sofa where one person can sleep.

Outside the villa there is a large terrace with a swimming pool, covered seating and dining areas from where one has a fantastic sea view.

Amenities: Internet, TV, air-conditioning in two bedrooms and the guest house, the other bedroom has a stand up fan, mosquito blinds, oven, hobs, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, linen and towels provided, hairdryer, dish washer, washing machine, pool towels, covered parking, heating, baby cot, Gas BBQ.

Minimum stays: April, May and June 3 nights. Easter 4 nights. 1 to 13 July 4 nights. 14 July to 24 August 5 nights. 25 to 31 August 3 nights. September and October 3 nights. Refundable Damage deposit 500 euro.  Capacity 9 people. Above 8 people extra fee of 25 euro per day. Cleaning fee 80 euro per stay.
