The property is in the area of Mellisaki and is on the sea front in a complex with 9 other houses, each with its own swimming pool. The villa is on three levels and consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open- plan kitchen with a breakfast area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the lower ground floor there is a large bedroom and a bathroom.

The house is fully air- conditioned. Outside there is a swimming pool and a large terrace with covered seating and dining areas where one can sit and enjoy the view and the amazing sunsets.

Facilities: two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with showers.
