110sq meters villa for rent overlooking the beach of Xyla on the Island of Kea – Tzia (LP1318)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa is 110 sq meters and is overlooking the beach of Xyla, where there is a snack bar, offering refreshing drinks and some local delicacies.

The villa consists of a small living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped open- plan kitchen. On the lower floor, which leads onto a a covered balcony with a sea view, there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed and two bathrooms with showers. Outside the living room there is a guest house with a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The villa is surrounded by a large terrace, with covered dining and seating areas, where one can sit and enjoy the amazing sea view, as well as the stunning sunsets.
