The villa is on the waterfront with direct access to a small secluded sandy beach. The property is surrounded by a beautiful green garden and has a fantastic panoramic sea view. The villa is 7 kilometers from Sounio and 4 kilometers from Anavissos, which has shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. The villa is ideal for a large family or a group of friends, who are looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

Description: Large beautiful garden with many trees that offers shade in the hot summer sun. In the back garden there is a shaded BBQ area and a shaded dining area. In the front of the villa there are various seating and dining areas, all offering an amazing sea view. At the end of the garden there is a gate and stairs that lead to a secluded sandy(small pebbles) beach, with crystal blue waters.

The villa has a living room with a dining area and a fireplace, near the dining area there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. From the living room there are large balcony doors that lead to the upper front terrace, which again offers an amazing sea view. From the living room there are steps leading to the upper level and lower ground level, each of which have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with showers.
