It is located only 5 km from the city of Chios, 5.5 km from the island’s airport and just a 5-minutes’ walk from the beautiful beach of Vrontados.

As you enter the estate, through its impressive double-sided castle door, you are led through its elaborate courtyard, made of black pebbles, to the main house that features a monumental outdoor staircase to the first-floor rooms. A courtyard full of flowers, with its architectural arches and impressive columns on the ground floor, offers a much needed dew during the summer and beautiful views of its green orchard.

The house is furnished with handmade antique furniture, reflecting the atmosphere and identity of the estate’s history. Both the main house and its independent guesthouse are fully equipped and can accommodate up to 8 people. They consist of 4 high-ceiling and sunny bedrooms with their own bathrooms, 2 kitchens, WC, living room, dining room, utility rooms, verandas and outdoor seating areas.

The tall walls that surround the estate enclose a dreamy aromatic orchard of beautiful olive, orange, lemon, mandarin and pomegranate trees ! All of them are watered through the estate’s traditional well and cistern, both made of a stunning local stone, that fill with water the handmade grooves leading to the orchard. The property is bright and has a 4-cars parking space and auxiliary rooms. Its secure fence makes it ideal for those who have pets.
