Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island,  private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa, which is 500sq meters, is set on a 5,000sq meters plot of land on the waterfront, with direct access to a small sandy beach. The villa is tastefully and luxuriously decorated to the highest standards and is ideal for those who want to relax by the pool or visit the Marina of Vourkari (only 2 minutes by car), with its well known restaurants, cafes and bars, a place frequented by the yachting crowd.

The property has a large outdoor terrace with a sweet water swimming pool and ample room for sunbathing. At the lower end of the property there is a gate and a path that leads directly to a small sandy beach. The villa has 2 buildings, the main house and the guest house. The main house has a large living room with high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. On the same level as the living room is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower). Leading off the master bedroom is a private shaded seating area, where guests can relax and enjoy the view. From the living room there are internal stairs that lead to the lower level, which is on the same level as the swimming pool and terrace. Here there is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two more bedrooms with one bathroom. All the bedrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen have fantastic sea views.

Near the swimming pool is a guest house with a large bedroom, a bathroom and a second large room with a kitchenette, which can be used as a bedroom or as a TV room.

The villa has various outdoor seating areas, some on the main balcony leading of the living room (shaded), some to the side of the villa (shaded), and some near the swimming pool (shaded, thereby giving ample space and privacy for all.  Leading off the kitchen is a large covered veranda with a dining table for 14 people with an electric BBQ.
