• Overview

    Kea, also known as Tzia is one of the closest islands to Athens. The Port of Lavrio is only a half hour drive from the Athens International Airport. The boat ride is only one hour and there are three to four boats a day going to and from the Island. Kea is an unspoiled island, often referred to as the hidden gem of the Cycladic islands. There are few hotels on the island, so mostly private houses are rented out during the summer months. These houses are mostly made of local stone, giving them a unique architecture.

    The house is on one level and has a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can sleep two people. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower.

    Amenities: Air-conditioning in the living room,stand up fan in the bedroom mosquito blinds, microwave, oven, hobs, refrigerator, kettle, coffee filter machine, toaster/sandwich maker, washing machine.

    Prices :  June 70 euro per night, July 90 euro per night, August 100 euro per night, September 70 euro per night.  For three months 4,500   euro
