On the first floor there is a large bedroom with an en suite bathroom and an office, which leads onto a large balcony with a sea view, on the lower ground floor which leads straight on to the garden, there is a second living room, two suites with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom each, a laundry room, covered parking for 4 to 5 cars, a large BBQ and a swimming pool.
