    Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. There are very few hotels, mostly private houses are rented out, most or all made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax, have good food and a great vacation.

    The property is in a small complex with three other properties in the area of Akrotiri Otzia.  The house is on two levels and consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a w.c with a shower. On the upper level there is one bedroom with a double, one with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower . On the lower level, with an independent entrance there are two further guest rooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms (showers).

    Near the swimming pool there is a small guest house with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

    In the garden there is a swimming pool a covered dining area, as well as a large second covered seating area with a built in sofa, a BBQ and an oven.
