120sq meters stone built maisonette overlooking the Bay of Otzia for rent, on the island of Kea (LP782)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island in the summer months. As there are not many hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The property is in the area of Otzia, which has a beautiful large sandy beach, part of it is with umbrellas and sunbeds. In Otzia there are two restaurants, whilst the picturesque Marina of Vourkari is only 3 minutes away by car. At Vourkari you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, some shops, a mini market and an ice cream parlor.

The maisonette, which is 120sq meters, is in complex of 8 other houses, each one completely independent. The maisonette is on two levels and consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area,  fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, is a master bedroom (double bed) with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large veranda. Near the living room is another bedroom (2 single beds)and a bathroom. On the lower floor the is a large independent bedroom suite with a double bed and 2 built in sofa beds for children, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside the living room there is a large veranda, part of it is with a pergola and has a seating area with comfortable sofas, 2 dining areas all offering an amazing  view of the sea and the Bay of Otzia. Towards the back of the house there is another small veranda with  BBQ and a small seating area.

Amenities: Internet, mosquito blinds, ceiling fans in all the rooms, electrical heating panels, fireplace, refrigerator, oven, stove top/hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster/sandwich maker, iron and board, linen and towels provided, beach towels provided, dishes and utensils provided, 2 parking places (one at the top of the complex and one below), baby cot, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, indoor dining table for 4 people, 2 outdoor dining table (each one for 6 to 8 people), outdoor sofas and armchairs and a BBQ.

House rules: May to June minimum stay 4 nights, July and August 5 nights, September and October 4 nights. Check in after 3pm – Check out by 11am Refundable Damage Guarantee 500 euro. No smoking allowed in the house, No parties of events allowed, no pets allowed. Quiet time is from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and after 12 at night.  Maximum capacity 6 plus 2 children. Cleaning fee per stay 70 euro.
