The property is in the area of Puntazessa, close to Sounio. Within walking distance there is a large sandy beach with a beach bar. Close by is Lavrio, where you can find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, bars, chemists etc., On the coast of Sounio,10 minutes from the apartment, is the  Temple of Poseidon, one of the sites well worth visiting.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a two floor maisonette in a complex on the waterfront. There are steps leading directly to a small Bay where one can sit and enjoy the sun or swim in the clear crystal waters, or walk to a large sandy beach 5 minutes from the complex.

The apartment has a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with bunk beds, one is a queen size  bed and one a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a built-in seating and dining area.
