The apartment is on the ground floor of a two floor maisonette in a complex on the waterfront. There are steps leading directly to a small Bay where one can sit and enjoy the sun or swim in the clear crystal waters, or walk to a large sandy beach 5 minutes from the complex.

The apartment has a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a built-in seating and dining area.
