Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes have been rented out. Most of these homes are made from local stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.

Villa Jopeli is located in Koundouros, in a complex with 4 other houses, each one completely independent and private. The villa is in a small natural bay & secluded beach, surrounded by natural beauty and a traditional settlement with stone windmills. The villa offers absolute recreation and privacy to the visitor. It is in an amphitheatrical position in the center of the bay and offers wonderful views of the beach, the windmills and the endless blue of the Aegean.

Villa Jopeli, 140 square meters in total, is divided into 2 levels.

On the first level there are:
• Comfortable living room with fireplace.
• Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
• Large enclosed patio (78sq.m) with a large barbecue, a dining table for at least 8 people, a seating area and free space for children.
• Front terrace, with an unrestricted sea view, for quiet mornings or evening with coffee or a glass of wine , whilst enjoying the view.

On the second level (ground floor) you will find three bedrooms with 3 baths, including one master-bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All bedroom with a sea view:
• Master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom.
• 2nd bedroom with two single beds.
• Children’s room with two bunk beds that can accommodate 4 people even adults.
• Two bathrooms
• All rooms have air conditioning and wardrobes.
• Additional area for Storage with Washing machine access.
• Direct access to swimming pool and to the rest of the estate grounds.

The outdoor area has a large, free-standing, shared, infinity pool of 280sqm. with sunbeds and stunning views to the Southwest as well as over 6,500 sq m of ecologically planned and maintained gardens for everyone use.

Just below the pool there is the playroom and gym area, for private shaded summer exercise or family games at the ping pong table.

Near the pool is a path that leads to the secluded beach area.

Check-in after 3pm – check-out by 11am. No parties or events are allowed. No pets are allowed, Smoking is not allowed. No loud music in the outdoor areas, no diving is allowed in the pool, children under parents supervision round the pool area, pool closed after 10pm.

Refundable Damage Guarantee 500 euro. Minimum stay 3 nights March, April, May, September and October. June, July and August minimum stay 4 nights.
