Two maisonettes very close to the sea with direct access to a small bay in the area of Koundouros. (LP1351)

Kea, also known as Tzia is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats a day going from the Port of Lavrio to the island. As there are few hotels on the island, private houses are mostly rented out during the summer months.

The two maisonettes are on the waterfront in the area of Kondouros with the well known wind mills. Koundouros has several beautiful sandy beaches, one of which has water sports facilities, like jet skis, water skiing etc.,

Each maisonette has a living room, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. They also have two bedrooms each, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside the living rooms there are large balconies, where one can sit and enjoy the fantastic sea view as well as the amazing sunsets, whilst having a glass of wine. At the back of the houses there is a large terrace with two dining areas, ideal for those that want to get out of the hot summer sun.

4 nights minimum stay, except for July and August were the minimum stay is 7 nights. Refundable Damage Guarantee 500 euro. Cleaning fee 60 euro per stay.
