Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Mot of these homes are made from stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The house is in a small complex of 6 houses, each one private and completely independent. The house, which is 70sq meters, is about 60 meters from the beach of Otzia. The beach has a section with sunbeds and umbrellas as well as two tavernas.

Description

Living room with a fireplace and  built in sofas, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.  One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single, one bathroom with a bath.

Outside there is a large veranda with 2 seating areas and a dining area, a covered private parking space and a garden of about 800 sq meters.
