Traditional stone villa with a swimming pool and a fantastic sea view for rent on the Island of Kea (LP1366)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats a day going to and from the Island. Kea has few hotels, so mostly private houses are rented out in the summer months. Most of these houses are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique look. The island has retained its natural charm and is ideal for those that want to relax in the sun and swim in the crystal blue waters of Kea.

The villa is located in the area of Otzia and is in a small complex of three villas, each completely independent of each other and with their own swimming pools.  The villa is on two levels, the ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor has a bedroom and a bathroom. Near the swimming pool there is a guest house, with a bedroom, that sleeps three people and a bathroom.

Surrounding  the villa is a large terrace, with a swimming pool, various shaded seating and dining areas as well as ample space for sunbathing and relaxing.
