Villa Irene is located in the area of Vourkari overlooking the picturesque marine, with its fish restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars and shops, the ideal location for easy access to the day and night life of the island. Guests can reach the center of Vourkari in 10 minutes (by foot), Gialiskari, the closest organized beach is just a 15 minute walk and the beach of Otzia is a 5 minute car ride.

The villa has been constructed from local stone and is on four split levels.  It has fantastic sea views from the large wraparound terraces that surround the villa. The villa has separate living and dining areas, five bedrooms with four bathrooms ,library room a well-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances .Wifi and satellite TV. The villa is very well insulated and ventilated, although air-conditioning and fans are available for the hottest days of the summer.

The top floor is open-plan and has a lounge area, a dining area , a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and a twin bedroom with a bathroom. On this level you can reach the very large terrace with its spectacular view of the sea and surrounding hills. On the floor below is the master bedroom with a king size bed , an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. On the level below is the library with a one bedroom one with a bathroom. Below this another bedroom, a second large bedroom a small kitchenette and a bathroom .These last two rooms have direct access to a private courtyard and the garden where you can enjoy spectacular views .Villa Irene’s location, architecture and excellent facilities will ensure you have a perfect holiday on Kea. ,you may rest assured that that your holiday will be relaxing and authentically Greek.

Minimum stay 7 nights, refundable damage guarantee 400 euro, no pets allowed, children to be supervised in the garden area, check in after 3pm – check out 11am. Maximum capacity 12 people. 60 euro cleaning fee.  Monthly discount 15%.

Cancellation policy. Full refund 60 days prior to arrival. 60 to 31 days prior to arrival 50% refund. 30 days and under prior to arrival No refund.
