Stylish Villa Antika, very close to the shops and restaurants in Korissia, Kea (LP1596)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to mainland Greece. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer. Most of these homes are made of stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The property is located close to the shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc., ideal for those that do not want to drive around. However, a car is needed if guests wish to explore the island.

The house, which is 45sq meters has been fully renovated and is on 2 levels. Outside there is a large area, which is closed with a stone wall, where guests can sit and enjoy a meal or drink under the pergola. There is also an outdoor shower.

On the ground floor there is a living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90) a bathroom with a shower.

On   the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed 1.60 x 2.00 and the second one with a double bed 1.40 x 2.00. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Please note the ceiling slants in the bathroom, so there is a stool for very tall people.

Amenities: Internet, WiFi, air-conditioning in the living room and three bedrooms, Large Flat screen TV, Rohnson coffee maker (takes Nespresso capsules), refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, multi blender, over, stove top, washing machine, mosquito blinds, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, hair dryer, parking, outdoor shower, sheets and towels provided, shampoo and body soap provided for short stays.

Minimum stay 2 nights March, April, 15 to 30 September, October and November. 3 nights Easter, May, June and 1st to 14th September, 4 nights July and August. Refundable Damage Guarantee 300 euro. Check in after 3pm and check out by 11am. Cleaning fee 50 euro, paid once only. Tax 8 euro per day. For 7 nights discount o 10%, For one month discount of 20%.
