Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. as there are few hotels on the island mostly private houses are rented out in the summer months. Most of these houses have been built from local stone, thus given Kea its unique architectural style.

Spacious and luxurious villa with a fantastic sea view and a large swimming pool (shared with one other house), overlooking the Port of Korissia and the entrance to Vourkari. The villa offers amazing sea and sunset views. The location is ideal for those that want to be within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, cafes and the beaches. The villa is set on a 4,000sq meters plot of land on the waterfront and has 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people.

The swimming pool is shared with another villa, both villas can be rented together, sleeping up to 20 people.

Ground floor -Spacious living room  with a fireplace and two dining areas leading onto a large balcony with a fantastic sea view. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a guest w.c. and a guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom. On this level there are three more bedrooms and a bathroom .

Facilities: One bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with a double bed, three bedrooms with queen size beds, two bathrooms with baths, one bathroom with a shower, one guest w.c.

Amenities: Large swimming pool (shared), baby pool, air-conditioning throughout, mosquito blinds, internet, Flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom, stereo, oven, Hobs, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee filter machine, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, linen and towels provided, pool towels provided, iron and board, hairdryer, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, parking for 2 to 3 cars, near the pool there are  shaded seating and dining areas, outdoor sofas, sunbeds.

Children under supervision around the pool area. Guests are kindly requested to respect “Quiet time” from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and after 12 at night. Check-in after 3pm, Check- out by 11am.
