Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private houses are rented out in the summer months. Most of these houses have been built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. Kea is known as the hidden gem in the Cycladic islands, as is has kept its natural charm and authenticity.

The villa/maisonette is set in a small complex of houses on the waterfront with steps at the side of the complex leading to the sea, from where one can dive straight into the crystal clear waters. The villa is on three levels and consists of a living room with a dining area, open-plan kitchen and a guest w.c. on the raised ground floor. On the first floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower (not a shower cabinet, only a hand held shower head). On the ground floor, that comes straight out on the pool terrace are two bedrooms, one bedroom (double bed)with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a second bedroom (double bed) with a bathroom with a shower (not a shower cabinet but a hand held shower head). On the terrace and near the main house is a guest house with a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with a shower( not a cabinet, hand held shower head).

On the terrace there is a sea water swimming pool, two shaded seating and dining areas with a BBQ, from where one can enjoy the sea view and amazing sunsets.

Closest sandy beach Xyla 1.5 kilometers, dirt road.  Port 2.7 kilometers, please not that it is a dirt road. Restaurants, cafes and bars 2.7 kilometers at the port and another 1 kilometer at the picturesque marina of Vourkari.

Children welcome, pets allowed, smoking allowed, no parties or events. Quiet time is from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and after 12 at night. Refundable damage guarantee 400 euro. Maximum capacity 8 people. Check in after 3pm and check out 11am. Cleaning fee per stay 70 euro.
