Stone built villa with a windmill and a swimming pool for rent on the island of Kea (LP1348)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island,  private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa is near the capital of the Island Ioulis and is set on a 1,500sq meters plot of land. The villa is built of solid stone, with the central part of the house being a windmill. The large terraces, swimming pool area, barbecue area, shaded seating and dining areas are beautifully designed and blend into the surrounding area, giving a most relaxing and calming atmosphere.

The villa is two levels, on the rides ground floor is the living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest w.c. The living room and dining area all have views of he sea and lead on to large stone terraces, from where one can sit and have a glass of wine while enjoying the spectacular sunsets. On the lower ground floor, that again leads onto a large cobble stoned terrace is a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with 2 single beds that can become one double bed and one bathroom with a shower.
