Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island,  private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

There are 3 houses on a 6,000sq meters plot of land, 50 meters from the sea in the area of Otzia. Two of the houses have a lower ground floor. The lower ground floor apartment can be rented separately or together with the ground floor. At the end of the garden there is a gate that leads directly to the beach of Otzia. Only 70 meters from the property is a restaurant and 70 meters in the other direction another restaurant. On the beach is a small children’s playground and umbrellas and sunbeds.

The “yellow” stone house’s lower ground, has an independent entrance, which leads to a living room, a dining area, a kitchenette,a bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room there are two sofas, where two people can sleep, In the bedroom there are two single beds.

Amenities: Stand up fan, internet, mosquito blinds, refrigerator, 2 Hobs, filter coffee machine, toaster, juice extractor, TV, fire extinguisher, linen and towels provided, dishes and utensils provided, solar panels, first aid kit, parking.

Check-in 3pm – Check-out 11am. Refundable Damage Guarantee 200 euro. Minimum stay 4 nights, except for July and August, when the minimum stay is 5 nights.
