Minimal apartment with a sea view and swimming pool for rent in Koundouros, Kea (LP1495)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the island every day. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Kea, is known as the hidden gem of the Cycladic islands and is definitely worth a visit.

The apartment is in a small complex of 4 houses, each one completely independent and with a 65sq meters communal swimming pool. The whole complex was completely renovated in 2019. House 1 is on the first floor of one of these houses. The apartment has a minimal design and has been decorated to the highest standard.

The apartment is in the area of Koundouros and is 300 meters from the beach of Koundouraki, which has sunbeds, umbrellas, a cafe/bar and water sports. Koundouros has 6 sandy beaches, two of them organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. Koundouros also has a mini market and three restaurants. Pisses, which is 5 minutes from Koundouros has a large mini market and 2 restaurants.

Description:

The apartment has a living room with a built in sofa, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a bathroom. Outside there is a shaded veranda with a built in sofa and a dining table.

House Rules: 

No smoking in the apartment, no pets allowed, no parties or events allowed. Children should supervised around the pool area. Guests are kindly requested to respect “quiet time” from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and after 12 at night (no loud music).

Check-in after 3pm and check out by 11.am. Luggage drop off is available. Minimum stay 3 nights except for July and August where the minimum stay is 4 nights. Cleaning fee 50 euro per stay. Refundable Damage Guarantee 300 euro.
