Villa Dionysus is a 700sq meters luxurious villa, on a 2,000sq meters plot of land in Saronida, part of the Athens Riviera. The villa has been built to the highest standards and has been designed and decorated by the well known interior design company Gekko Concepts.

Description:

Ground floor: Entrance hall, well lit large living and dining area with a fireplace and high ceilings. Balcony doors leading to a veranda with a seating area and steps to the lower level and the pool area. Near the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area and a fireplace. Balcony doors from the kitchen lead to another veranda with a second breakfast/dining area and steps to the pool and BBQ area. There is a sea view from the living and kitchen area. Next to the kitchen is a guest w.c and one bedroom with a Queen size bed.

1st floor: Large master bedroom with a king size bed (1.90 X 2.00) with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a balcony with a fantastic sea view. 2nd bedroom with a Queen size bed, a desk and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. 3rd bedroom with a high ceiling, a double bed (1.40 x 2.00), a desk, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and steps leading to a split level small seating area.

2nd level (Attic): 100sq meters open-plan attic with a Queen size bed and a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The lift does not reach this level.

Lower garden level: Large living room and fully equipped kitchen that lead on to the garden and pool area. Close to the living room is a guest w.c. with a shower. Leading off the living room are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a Queen size bed. Near the second bedroom is a bathroom with a shower and a washing room.

Underground level: Parking for 4 cars
