Luxurious and beautifully decorated villa for rent near a sandy beach on the island of Kea (LP1570)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to mainland Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa is located in the area of Tris Amouthies (Three Sandy Beaches), only a 2 minute car ride (10 minutes by foot) from the picturesque marina of Vourkari,where you can find fish tavernas, cafes, bars, an ice cream parlor, some shops and a mini market.

The villa is set on a 3,600sq meters plot of land and is close to a beautiful sandy beach, just a few minutes walk from the villa.

Description:

Near the entrance to the villa there is a luxurious double bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The large windows offer stunning views to the sea. On the same level, the second bedroom with king-size bed is elegantly decorated and has its own access to a small balcony. A few steps down, the large master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and two en suite bathrooms with showers. In all three rooms, the ample space and luxurious bedding create the perfect conditions for a restful night’s sleep.

A few more steps down the villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining area, with access to a shaded veranda.

At the lowest level, you will find the large living area, with comfortable sofas and an “Oda”. The living room has large windows and balcony doors offering amazing sea and sunset views. The large  balcony doors lead on to a veranda with comfortable sofas,  the perfect spot for relaxing during the day and entertaining under moonlit skies in the evenings.

To the side of the kitchen there is another veranda and the guest house with a bedroom  (relatively low- ceiling) and an en-suite bathroom  This bedroom has the advantage of complete privacy.  A door separates this room from the washing machine and tumble dryer area.

1. Bedroom, 29 m2, with  King-size bed (180 x 210 cm) with an en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom, 13 m2, with Queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm).

3. Master bedroom, 39 m2, with Kind-size bed (200 cm x 210 cm) and two en-suite bathrooms with showers.

4. Guest house, double bed, can be 2 single beds if requested with en-suite small bathroom.

Check in 4pm check out 11am, No smoking in the villa, parties allowed upon request (not July and August), pets considered, minimum stay 5 nights except for July and August, where the minimum stay is 7 nights. Refundable damage guarantee 900 euro. Cleaning and changing of sheets and towels twice a week included in price. Maximum capacity 8 people, not including babies under 2 years old.
