Fully renovated apartment in the heart of Ioulis on the island of Kea (LP1576)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island in the summer months. Kea has been called the Hidden Gem of the Cycladic islands, due its beautiful landscape, gorgeous sandy beaches and unique architecture.

The house is set in the upper part of Ioulida, the main town/village of the island, just a 10 minute walk from the famous Leon statue, a giant stone carving of a lion made about 500 BC. To get to the house, you go to the top part of Ioulida, where there is a parking area (parking not always available) and walk down to house, about 7 minutes or you can park at the bottom of Ioulida and walk up. As cars are not allowed in Ioulida, there is a donkey, called Leon, who will carry your luggage for you to the house. Only 10 meters from the apartment/house there is a very nice restaurant called Steki and close to that is bar called Leon.

For those that want to experience the real island feel, this house is ideal!!

The apartment is on the raised ground floor and has been fully renovated. The apartment consists of a large living room with a seating area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

House rules:

Check in – 3pm – check out -11am. One off cleaning fee of 40 euro per stay. Refundable Damage Guarantee 300 euro. No pets are allowed, no smoking in the house, no loud music is allowed, no parties or events are allowed. Minimum stay 2 nights

Easter : 125 euro per night. Holy Spirit day: 140 euro per day.
