Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these house are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. The house is in a small complex of 4 houses, each one completely independent of the other and about 300 meters from the sea. This house is ideal for a family r group of friends that just want to relax, be close to the sea and enjoy the sea and sunset views.
The house is on two levels and consists of a ground and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a built in corner sofa, a dining area and a fireplace. Leading off the living room is a large bedroom with a double bed and ample cupboard space. Both the living room and the bedroom lead onto the front shaded terrace. From the living room there are 3 steps that lead to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed that leads onto a second shaded terrace, a bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with a fireplace and a double bed that leads on to a shaded balcony.
