Cozy maisonette close to the sea with a path leading to a small bay, in the area of Koundouros (LP1350)

Kea, also known as Tzia is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats a day going from the Port of Lavrio to the island. As there are few hotels on the island, private houses are mostly rented out during the summer months.

This property is on the waterfront, in the area well known for its windmills  with direct access to the sea. Koundouros has several beautiful sandy beaches, one of which has water sports facilities, like jet skis, water skiing etc.,

The maisonette consists of a living room, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside the living room there is a large balcony, where one can sit and enjoy the fantastic sea view as well as the amazing sunsets, whilst having a glass of wine. In the back yard there is a small church and a dining area, ideal for those that want to get out of the hot summer sun.

2 nights minimum stay, except for July and August, where the minimum stay is 7 nights. Refundable Damage Guarantee 300 euro. Cleaning fee 30 euro per stay.
