One guest house on the grounds of a large villa, completely independent and with its own entrance. The guest house overlooks the picturesque Marine of Vourkari. It offers a fantastic sea view as well as a gorgeous sunset view. Vourkari has some well known fish restaurants and Tavernas, some cafes, bars, boutiques, an art gallery and a mini market, all within a 5 minute walk from the villa. The beach of Gialiskari is only a 10 to 12 minute walk from the villa and Otzia beach is only 3 minutes by car.

The property is surrounded by a gorgeous garden, the guest house has a large terraces, from where one can sit and enjoy the view. The ideal location for those that want to be close to the restaurants and the night life.

The guest house , which is 50sq meters has a large room with a king size bed, a seating area with a sofa bed for 2 children, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.

Amenities:  Internet, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, filter coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, hobs (2), TV, hair dryer, pots and pans, linen and towels, mosquito blinds, 2 chaise lounge, coffee table, umbrella indoor dining for 4 people , baby cot, baby bath (upon request).

Facilities: one king size bed, one sofa bed (for 2 children), one bathroom with a shower, outdoor seating.

Minimum stay 3 nights, except for July and August where the minimum stay is 5 nights. Refundable damage guarantee 200 euro. Maximum capacity  4 people.

Prices : March to June 150 euro per night, July and August 185 euro per night, September and October 150 euro per night.
