Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day during the summer months. as there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer. Most of these houses are made from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The house overlooks the port of the island and is ideal for a small family or a small group of friends. The property is within walking distance of the restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarket and bars. Only about 500 meters away from the house is the beautiful organized sandy beach of Gialiskari.

The house is on two levels, the ground floor has a living room with dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.  From the living and dining area there are glass doors that lead to a shaded balcony which offers an amazing sea view. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom, a few steps up is another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
