Beachfront bungalow in the area of Kampi/Koundouros on the island of Kea (LP1577)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. as there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. These houses are mostly built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

This house is in the area of Kampi, close to Koundouros as is on the waterfront, with a beautiful sandy beach right in front of the house. Sit back relax and enjoy the view.

The house, which is 42sq meters, consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside there is a large shaded veranda with a BBQ and a dining table for 6 people.

Refundable Damage Guarantee 200 euro. Cleaning fee 40 euro per stay.
