Amazing Studio overlooking the Bay of Otzia with a fantstic sea view (LP1538)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out, most of these homes are made of local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The studio, which is 33sq meters, is in a small complex of 6 maisonettes, each one completely independent. The studio is on the first floor of one of these maisonettes, with its own external stairs leading to the studio and the large shaded veranda.

The studio has a large living area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and steps that lead to the sleeping area. Outside there is a large covered veranda with a built-in corner sofa and a dining/coffee table. From the veranda there is an amazing sea view.

Amenities: Internet, WiFi, mosquito blinds, air-conditioning, 2 electric hobs, small refrigerator, hairdryer, baby cot, coffee machine, toaster, linen and towels provided, dishes and utensils provided, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm detector, parking for 1 car (80 meters from studio).

No pets are allowed, children welcome, smoking is allowed, no parties or events allowed. Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. Luggage drop off is available. Cleaning fee 35 euro per stay. Refundable damage guarantee 150 euro.

Minimum stay 2 nights except for 29th April to 4th May and 1st June to 31st August where the minimum stay is 3 nights.
